对南京市少儿乒乓球运动员选材的调查与分析

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从体育教育学、教育心理学、体育训练学等多个角度对南京市少儿选材等方面问题进行了分析与研究,结果表明:南京市各级乒乓球教练员在少儿运动员的选材上,对少儿的身体形态、身体素质、生理机能等指标十分重视,选材具有一定的科学性。但对运动员的心理素质指标重视程度不够,导致了运动员成才率较低等现象。在少儿选材的不同侧重点上,教练员对各项指标的把握度还有待于改进与提高,本文提出了相关的对策与解决方法,来不断优化科学选材。

In Nanjing Children's Table Tennis Athletes Selecting the Investigation and Analysis

The methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method,from physical education pedagogy,psychology,sports training study many aspects in nanjing children itself.and aspects problems are analyzed and studied,the results indicate:nanjing levels Table tennis coaches in the child athlete selection,on the children’s body shape and physical quality,physiological function indices such as seriously,and select material has certain scientific.But for the athletes’ mental quality indexes enough attention,leading to the athletes ChengCaiLv lower phenomenon.In children’s selection of different emphases,coaches of the evaluation indexes of grasp remains to be improved and improve.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to constantly optimize the scientific selection.
