手球运动是技能类通常对抗性很强的项目,要立足于强手之林,各个基本技术必须高水平的协调发展。笔者通过观看全国比赛及韩国参加世界比赛录像以及对相关资料的整理、归纳和总结,建议我国男子手球运动员要建立正确的技术概念,而且基本技术训练应贯穿运动训练过程的始终同时,还要要做到全面、实用、准确、熟练。
