| 摘 要： | 通过对温州市社区网球俱乐部发展现状的调查与分析,发现制约温州市社区网球俱乐部发展的主要问题是:认识滞后,经费来源单一,场地得不到保障,缺乏自身的文化内涵,管理组织机构不完善,服务意识淡薄等。以温州市伯爵网球俱乐部作为实验对象,进行实证研究。在此基础上对温州社区网球俱乐部的发展提出了可行性建议,旨在为城市社区网球俱乐部的发展提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Through the Wenzhou community tennis club development situation of investigation and analysis,found that restrict Wenzhou community tennis club development is the main problem known lag、funds single source、site is not guaranteed、lack of one’s own culture connotation、management organization is not perfect、service consciousness,etc.Based on the Wenzhou earl tennis club as an experimental object,empirical research.On the basis of the development of Wenzhou community tennis club puts forward some feasible Suggestions,which for urban community in the tennis club development to provide the beneficial reference. |
