| 摘 要： | 回顾我国群众体育事业的发展历程和竞技体育的辉煌成绩,分析研究我国群众体育发展现状和后北京奥运时代竞技体育的发展目标,充分认识群众体育和竞技体育的辨证关系,对我国群众体育和竞技体育的协调发展提出改革思路、方案和措施,从而促进我国体育事业蓬勃发展,使我国成为名副其实的体育强国。
