| 摘 要： | 田径3000m障碍跑作为耐力与技术结合的体能类项目,其战术也是一门与对手进行场上竞赛的艺术,在分析3000m障碍跑战术内容基础上,构建了当代3000m障碍跑的常用战术和致胜战术,提出了运用战术应遵循的基本原则。
