| 摘 要： | 学生体质健康标准是促进学生体质健康发展,激励学生积极进行身体锻炼的教育手段。通过对河南省1600名大学生体质健康测试、健康生活方式和体育生活方式的问卷调查和相关分析发现:体质健康与健康生活方式密切相关;体育生活方式与健康生活方式高度相关;体育生活方式与该阶段的体质健康水平的相关性不大;学生的身体健康水平与健康生活方式紧密相关,两者相互影响、相互制约,共同反映学生的体质健康状况。建议学校在对学生体质健康的评价中应该包括学生的体质健康测试和体育生活方式、健康生活方式,这样才可以反映出学生在整体水平和阶段性变化中的体质健康水平。

| Abstract: | The analysis passing to 1600 Henan province test,healthy healthy college student body constitution life-style and sports life-style questionnaire investigation and being related to is discovered: Healthy and healthy life-style of body constitution goes hand in hand;Sports life-style and healthy life-style altitude relevance;Sports life-style and the correlativity owing the stage body constitution general level of the health are not big;Student’s keep healthy level and healthy rapid and intense life-style relevance,both influence each other,restrict mutually,reflect student’s body constitution situation commonly.Besides some advise was referred. |
