有效质量概念在打击类技术动作分析中的应用

摘    要:为了探讨打击类技术动作打击过程中打击体的有效质量对动量的影响,采用力学分析和文献调查方法研究了打击过程中打击体有效质量的作用原理及过程。研究认为打击类技术动作打击的过程就是动量转移的过程,打击体的有效质量是在打击过程中考虑了人体影响后的打击体参与了动量转移的质量。打击体的有效质量大小取决于利用身体的哪一部分,以及如何利用这一部分。打击体的有效质量大小是动态的,随打击瞬间打击环节的固定程度而改变,环节的固定程度高有效质量就大,环节的固定程度低则有效质量就小。有效质量的概念在分析打击过程的研究中具有重要的意义,仔细研究运动员的运动可以帮助了解如何增大打击体的有效质量,从而增大打击动量,提高被打击体的速度。

Abstract:For the purpose of exploring the influence of the active impact object effective mass on the momentum in the impact motion,the mechanics anglicizing and document investigating methods are used in this paper to study the principle and the process of the active impact object effective mass in the impact motion.The results are that the process of the impact motion is the process of the momentum transmitting and the active impact objects effective mass is the mass that the active impact object participated in the momentum transmitting in the impact motion considering the influence of the human body.The size of the active impact objects effective mass is decided by using which part of the human body and how to use it.The size of the active impact objects effective mass is not stable,and it is varied with the active impact object fixing level in the moment of impact,and it is larger with the high fixing level and smaller with the lows.The conception of the effective mass has an important meaning in anglicizing the impact motion.Studying the athlete motion carefully can help us to understand how to increase the active impact object effective mass and it can increase the impact momentum and so it can increase the velocity of the passive impact object.
