| 摘 要： | 为了解不同人群在不同负荷状态时的心泵功能变化特征,寻求更准确的心泵功能测评方法、测评系统奠定基础。将体育系男生20名,普通男大学生20名分为实验组和对照组,通过阻抗心动图法测定其安静、间断性递增负荷运动中以及恢复期心泵功能各指标的变化。发现安静状态实验组HR、SV与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);随运动负荷增加,实验组SV、SI呈递增趋势,而对照组在120W时增至最大,后呈平台趋势;两组CO、CI均增大,且实验组始终大于对照组;LVET随负荷增加而减小,实验组始终大于对照组。恢复期,多数指标在7min之内未完全恢复到安静水平。结论(1)ICG各指标中,HR、SV能敏感的评价安静状态心脏功能;HR、SV、SI、LVET能敏感的评价运动状态心脏功能,可作为运动过程中无创性测量和评价心泵功能的指标。(2)运动过程中,SV、LVET等指标均有一临界变化值可作为心功能优良与否的参考标准。
