| 摘 要： | 竞技能力是运动训练的关键概念之一,运动成绩的提高来源于竞技能力的提高,当前我国学者对短跑运动员在竞技能力诊断评价、模型的构建存在着不规范、不科学的地方,研究通过对目前短跑运动员竞技能力的诊断评价、模型的构建相关理论进行梳理,为短跑竞技能力诊断与评价的研究提供一定的理论依据。
