粗酯精制实验条件研究

摘    要:通过正交试验法,考察了搅拌时间、碱过量程度、粗酯和碱液体积比对醋酸正丁酯粗产品中和过程的影响,并对中和后含酸量合格的粗酯用筛板蒸馏塔精制,从中找到最佳工艺操作条件,为连续催化反应精馏技术备制醋酯工业化生产提供了可靠保证。

Abstract:y orthogonal experiment, the stirring time, excess quantity of alkali andvolme ratio of ester and alkaline solution were investigated in neutralization of acetic acidcontaining in industrial n-butyl acetate. Furthermore, the processing conditions of refining for industrial n-butyl acetate was optimized in sieve--plate distillation column. It isnecessary for industrial prodllction of n-butyl acetate with the continuous catalytic reacting distillation technique.
