电力系统电压静稳分析中的二阶指标

摘    要:为了直观描述电力系统的电压稳定性 ,从静态稳定分析的需要出发 ,提出了对电压静稳指标的要求 ,建立了新的基于网损灵敏度的二阶指标。计算比较了试验函数、最小奇异值和网损灵敏度二阶指标的特性和优缺点 ,并用于电力系统事故排序。结果表明 ,上述二阶指标都能为系统实时监控和事故排序及制定控制策略提供有效的信息。基于网损灵敏度的二阶指标具有物理概念明确、计算量小、线性特性较好的优点 ,适合于在线应用。

Abstract:Steady state voltage stability indices with good linearity are needed to indicate power system voltage stability intuitively. Analysis of second -order indices and their characteristics led to a new second -order index based on loss sensitivity. The characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the loss sensitivity index were compared to those of two other second order indices for the test function and the minimized singular value. Test results show that the loss sensitivity -based second order index has clear physical meaning, good linearity and can be quickly calculated. All these indices provide useful information for online voltage stability load margin monitoring, contingency ranking and control policy making.
