| Abstract: | This paper recommends the definition, the algorithm and the general expression of Green Function. After discussing the two conditions of time related scattering and fix related scattering, the Green function and the approximation of scattering wave function,then differential scattering section, are obtained. And it is proved that this method is simpler and more useful. |
