摘    要:讨论了少量La2O3施主掺杂的(MgCoNi)O系样品在不同测试温度下的电导与氧分压关系.实验发现,施主杂质有两方面的作用:当施主含量较低时,以缺位补偿为主;另一方面,施主含量较高时,电子补偿占优,随着施主含量的增加,由缺位补偿向电子补偿过渡,用阳离子缺位扩散控制机制解释了施主杂质对晶粒生长的影响

Abstract:The influence of donor La 2O 3 impurities on (MgCoNi)O oxygen sensing materials has been investigated. It has shown that small amounts of donor impurities don't change the crystal stucture of the materials,but have signifcant influence on the microscopic structure and the defect structure. A reasonable interpretatin on the performance of donors has been given by the method of defect chemistry.
