压电传感器在弱光学吸收系数测量中的应用

摘    要:介绍以环形压电陶瓷片作传感器,利用激光光声技术测量弱吸收光学材料的光学吸收系数的原理和方法。并用这种方法测量了几种红外光窗材料的吸收系数。实验表明:激光光声法比激光量热法简单、快捷、数据可靠。它在光窗片的生产测试中有其实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, a method is introduced by which the absorption coefficients of window materials for infrared lasers can be measured by means of photoacoustic technique and circular piezoelectic transducer. Moreover, the absorption coefficients of several window materials for infrared lasers are detected experimentally. It is showed experimentally that this method is simpler, faster and more convenient in comparison with laser colorinetry.
