| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对普通高校女生课外健身运动参与态度和行为进行调查,分析了解普通高校女生课外健身运动参与的态度,运动参与实施度,运动参与性质,运动参与形式及影响女生课外健身运动参与行为的主要原因,并针对发现的问题提出相应的建议,为女生达到比较高的课外健身运动参与水平提供必要的参考。

| Abstract: | By doing mainly a question survery,the authors investigate and analyze college female students’ participation,character,form and the factors dampening the enthuzsiasm of female students going in for sports in the extracurricular physical activities,we put forward suggestions for the discovered problems so as to reach the sport relatively high level of participation. |
