| 摘 要： | 探讨了煤矿企业管理输出的涵义，明确了管理输出对煤矿企业尤其是老龄煤矿实现可持续发展的重要意义；从适应企业发展战略、注意源煤矿和目标煤矿的可比性、煤矿生命周期和最佳输出时机等角度，以管理理论和数学模型为依据分析了煤矿管理输出的可行性；分析了管理输出的程序，主要包括建立领导机构、选定输出知识、父本和母本的生成和融合等环节；从宣传鼓动、资源配置和控制纠偏等方面提出了管理输出的保障措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, first of all, the meaning of management export and sustainable development of a coal mine are discussed. Secondly, the feasibility of coal mine's management export is analyzed, according to the management theories and math model, on the basis of enterprise's strategy, the comparability between source and aim coal mine, coal mine's life cycle and optimal export time. Afterward the process of management export is given, including constructing leadership institution, choosing export knowledge, creating and merging the father source and mother source. Finally the guarantee measures are provided on propaganda, resource configuration and controlling. |
