烟火药爆炸性能的数值模拟

摘    要:目的 研究烟火药爆炸性能的数值模拟方法,并将计算结果与有关的实验结果进行对比说明其可行性;方法 采用Real软件模拟烟火药在密闭定容条件下的反应情况,得到反映烟火药爆炸性能的冲击波初始参数,而后用AutoReaGas软件模拟烟火药的冲击波在自由场中传播过程,并根据模拟的冲击波超压曲线,获得了烟火药峰值压力处的TNT当量; 结果与结论 模拟规律与实测结果有一定可比性,并总结了计算结果误差存在的原因;

Abstract:Aim To present a numerical simulating method for the explosive property of the pyrotechnical compositions and to illustrate its feasibility by comparing the simulation results with the related test results.Methods A new way was set out to acquire the TNT equivalence of the peak pressure of the pyrotechnical compositions by simulating the pyrotechnical blast effect in the air condition using the software AutoReaGas. The initial parameters of the blast were obtained by simulating the reaction process of the pyrotechnical compositions in the closed bomb using the software Real. Results and Conclusion The simulation results were comparable to the related test results. The reason for the errors of the simulation results were also summarized.
