海西“产业-港口-城市”三群联动的共生系统

产业群、港口群和城市群的联动发展是充分发挥资源、区位等方面优势的重要手段。运用共生理论分析海西三群联动发展的共生单元、共生模式以及共生环境特征,发现海西三群联动的问题主要是在三群之间缺乏有效的信息交流和物流专业人才。因此,海西三群应认清各自在共生系统中所处的生态位,协调好三群内部和三群之间的互动发展关系,借力产业集群,助推耦合联动,充分发挥政府作用,建立和完善物流信息平台和人才机制,以促进三群联动的良性发展。

Symbiotic-Interdependent Development of Industry-Port-City Clusters in Haixi

The interdependent development important strategy to exploit the regional strengths among industry cluster, port cluster and city cluster is an , resources and location. This thesis focuses on the symbiotic units, modes and environments for the interdependent development among industry cluster, port cluster and city cluster in Haixi based on the symbiosis theory. It finds out that no adequate number of information exchange and logistics professionals is a big problem for the joint progress of the three clusters. The partners need to locate the ecological niches for each in the symbiotic system and coordinate the interactive relationship within and between clusters. They should bring into full play the roles of the industry cluster and the government to build good platform for logistics and talents＇ growth.
