摘    要:提出了一种汽车减振系统安装方案的比较分析方法.根据汽车制造工艺理论,分析了支座组三种安装方案的定位基准、自由度、定位误差方面的差异.结合实验对三种方案进行了研究.研究表明:在三种方案中,总成夹具安装法基准不重合误差为0,定位精度最高;找正尺寸数为18个,找正工作量最少.提出的分析方法可以指导汽车减振系统安装,也可以作为机械制造领域的参考.

Abstract:A comparative analysis is put forward for installing automotive damping system. By automobile manufacturing technology, analysis was made of the differences in three cases of supports in locating datum, degrees of freedom, and positioning error. Test results show that assembly fixture has the highest positioning accuracy with no coincidence error of datum at 0, alignment has the least workload because alignment number of dimensions is 18. The method to determine installation program is valuable helpful to installing the damping system and helpful to the machinery field.
