| 摘 要： | 教师评价的科学性有赖于评价过程的规范性、开放性、效益性。在评价的准备阶段,评价者与评价对象之间要进行交流和沟通,形成合作;在评价的过程阶段,评价者要亲自进行课堂观察,获得直接的、全面的和真实的信息;在评价的总结阶段要正确地表示和合理地应用评价结果。

| Abstract: | The scientificalness of the teachers' evaluation depends on the normalization, openness and efficiency of the evaluation procedures. In the preparatory phase of the evaluation the evaluators and the evaluation targets must make exchange and communication to form the cooperation, in the course of the evaluation, the evaluators should make observation in the classroom to obtain the direct, overall and true information, and in the generalizing phase of the evaluation the evaluators should represent properly and utilize rationally the results of the evaluation. |
