摘    要:通过电化学阻抗谱研究了不同稀土含量430铁素体不锈钢在质量分数为3.5%中性氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀电化学特征,通过ODF分析和反极图定量计算研究了含稀土430铁素体不锈钢中织构组分特征.结果表明:试验钢中织构由较弱的{111}和{112}纤维织构组成,稀土质量分数为0.037%就可以显著提高两种纤维织构的体积分数.随着稀土含量的继续增加,{111}和{112}纤维织构的体积分数同步下降直到稀土质量分数为0.137%时才又同步升高.由织构构成的低能量状态的小ΣCSL晶界,使得试验钢的耐蚀性呈现了与织构取向一致的变化趋势.

Abstract:The electrochemical properties of the corrosion of 430 ferrite stainless steel with different RE contents in the 3.5wt%NaCl solution were studied by means of EIS(electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy).And the characteristics of textural component were quantitatively analyzed by the orientation distribution functions(ODF) and inverse pole figure.The results showed that in the steel specimens the textural components are mainly of the weak{111} and {112} fiber textures of which the volume fractions will incr...
