Survey and Solutions for Parking Problem of Central Business District

Taking central business district of Zhengdong New District as an example,the parking problems were investigated and analyzed.The travel attract model was used to forecast the immediate and long-term parking demand,which tooked the relationship between parking demand and vehicle travel as the core.On the basis of forecast results,different measures were put forward to solve the problems faced by the large and medium-sized cities,such as：strengthening management in a short time,constructing parking facilities in the middle period,and developing public transit and green transportation hierarchy in a long term.
