| 摘 要： | 从热力学出发，给出了热力学第三定律的一种表述，阐述了它与热力学第二定律、能斯脱定理及绝对零度达不到原理的关系，结果表明，本文所表述的热力学第三定律是一个独立的基本定律；能斯脱定理与绝对零度达不到原理不等价，两者均包含在这种表述之中。
