| 摘 要： | 为研究MMP-2 PEX结构域在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中的最佳表达条件,直接从构建好的表达载体PET-MMP2 PEX中高效表达MMP-2 PEX结构域蛋白.经SDS-PAGE与软件分析,确定其最佳表达时间为2 h,菌液密度值为0.6时,所表达的蛋白含量最高,而IPTG在一定浓度范围内对表达含量不产生影响. |

| Abstract: | The MMP-2 PEX domain was expressed in E.coli (BL21) in order to research the perfect conditions of expression. With the aid of SDS-PAGE and computer soft, we found that the best expressed time is two hours, and the protein is highly expressed at the bacteria density 0.6, while the expressed protein is not affected as IPTG density is changed from 0.2 mmol/L to 1.0 mmol/L. |
