煤矿井下工业图像编码系统的研究

摘    要:根据煤矿井下工业图像的特点,提出了采用矿用信号电缆或电话线作为传输媒介,采用黑白摄像机采集图像,采用有损压缩的方法,并且能达到10公里无中继传输图像的编码方法。对矿井图像监视系统的结构和功能进行了设计,图像采集压缩板采用高速、高精度的TMS320C6711数字信号处理器作为核心处理芯片,将压缩后的图像码流通过MODEM与电话线相连。接收端采用软件解压缩。软件算法融合了H.263/H.263 标准算法和图像增强与分割技术。图像采集前端通过黑白摄像头,采用1帧/秒的采样率,接收端通过双向预测技术,以25帧/秒的速率显示图像。

Abstract:According to the particularity of industrial video under mine, this dissertation has proposed a coding method which can transmit image through 10km without relaying by adopting telephone wire used in mine,which capture image by black and white vidicon, which is losing compress. This dissertation has designed the framework and function of image surveillance system in coal-mine, used high speed and high precision digital signal processor-TMS320C6711 as the core chip of image capturing and compressing board, and transmitted the code stream which has been compressed to the telephone wire via MODEM. The receiver uses software to decompress. The software arithmetic has mixed the standard arithmetic of H.263/H.263+ and image enhancing and dividing technology. The image capturing front adopts the sampling ratio of 1 frame per second by black and white vidicon, and the receiver displays the image at the ratio of 25 frames per second by using bidirectional prediction technology.
