摘    要:研究了在Raney Ni催化剂催化下4-氯酚(4-CP)的液相加氢脱氯,重点考察了溶剂、碱、温度和催化剂用量对Raney Ni催化活性的影响以及催化剂的重复利用.研究结果表明:水的加入解决了NaCl在催化剂表面聚集以致催化剂失活的问题;强碱以及三乙胺的加入则使催化剂活性保持在较高水平;在30℃下催化剂催化4-CP加氢脱氯的活性比较好;随着催化剂用量的增加,4-CP的加氢脱氯反应速率明显加快;催化剂使用3次后活性下降.

Abstract:The hydrodechlorination (HDC) of 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) in aqueous phase over Raney Ni catalyst is investigated in this work. The effects of solvent, bases, temperature and catalyst quantity on the catalytic activity as well as the recycle of catalysts are explored. The results indicate that the deactivation of catalysts due to NaC1 cov- ering on the surface of the catalysts can be avoided by adding water while a rather high catalytic activity can be re- tained by adding alkali and triethylamine. Moreover, the catalysts exhibit good performance at 30 ℃ and the reac- tion rate of HDC of 4-CP increases with the increase of catalyst quantity. In addition, the catalysts suffer deactiva- tion after three consecutive runs.
