摘    要:以焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯为起始原料,对其E-环羰基进行化学修饰,通过氧化和还原反应在131-位上构建和消除碳氧单键和碳氧双键,利用空气氧化反应和重排反应将五元外接环酮扩展为六元亚酰胺结构.同时,对氧化、还原和重排反应的反应过程进行了探讨,并且提出了可能的反应机理.所合成的新叶绿素类二氢卟吩衍生物的化学结构均经IR,1HNMR及元素分析予以确定.

Abstract:Methyl pyropheophorbide-a is used as starting material and its carbonyl group in the E-ring is modified by some oxidation and reduction reactions to build and eliminate carbon-oxygen single bond and double bond. The five-membered exocyclic ring is extended into six-membered imide structure by allomerization and rearrangement re- actions. The reaction processes of oxidation, reduction and rearrangement reactions are explored and the reaction mechanisms are tentatively proposed. The structures of all new compounds are assigned based on the data from IR, 1 HNMR and elemental analysis.
