氧氟沙星的电化学行为与聚结晶紫膜修饰电极-差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定药剂中氧氟沙星的含量

摘    要:提出了一种应用聚结晶紫膜修饰玻碳电极测定药剂中氧氟沙星含量的差分脉冲溶出伏安分析新方法.应用单扫描伏安法和差分脉冲溶出伏安法研究了氧氟沙星在聚结晶紫膜修饰电极上的电化学行为.同裸玻碳电极相比,聚结晶紫膜修饰玻碳电极可以明显提高氧氟沙星电化学信号的响应.在选择的最佳条件下,伏安法的氧氟沙星的峰电流与其质量浓度在1~10 mg/L内呈线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.998 3,检出限为1.0×10-6 mol/L;差分脉冲法的氧氟沙星的溶出峰电流与其质量浓度在0.1~1.0 mg/L内呈线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.999 3,检出限为1.0×10-7 mol/L.以差分脉冲法测定了氧氟沙星药剂含量,平均回收率为 96.5% ,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.96%~1.2%. 本方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,可以用于氧氟沙星药剂的常规检测.

Abstract:A novel differential pulse stripping voltammetry was developed for the determination of the ofloxacin content in the medicament by the differential pulse stripping voltammetry using a poly(crystal violet) film-modified glassy carbon electrode.Electrochemical behaviors of ofloxacin on the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse stripping voltammetry.Comparing ordinary glassy carbon electrode,the modified electrode can increasse the response of electrochemical signal.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration plot was linear in the range of 1~10 mg/L with a regression coefficiet of 0.998 3,and the detection limit(3σ) of 1.0×10-6 for cyclic voltammetry;while the calibration plot of differential pulse stripping voltammetry was linear in the range of 0.1~1 mg/L with a regression
