| 摘 要： | 针对装备制造业产业结构快速调整与优化升级,社会对学士型高技能创新人才的迫切需求,提出融学士培养、高技能培训和创新实践为一体的"学士型高技能创新人才培养模式"。新模式以培养学生的"四个能力"为抓手,以六大教学模块为平台,借助"学分银行"弹性学分制,实现人才培养体系各单元之间的互动与连通,为探索应用型本科院校实施"卓越工程师培养计划"开辟了新途径。
