薪酬和劳动精神的激励措施对企业员工劳动效率的影响(英文)

摘    要:依据实际激励对企业员工劳动效率的影响评估,提出了一种数学模型。劳动精神激励是强化企业信誉的因素。模型研究表明:劳动精神激励系统有利于公司获得超额利润;作为另一个因素,物质激励对企业员工劳动效率具有综合影响。

Abstract:A mathematical model is proposed that allows to evaluate the impact of material stimulation of worker's labor on the working efficiency of an enterprise.Labor moral stimulation at an enterprise is considered as factor of strengthening its business reputation goodwill.The method of evaluation is shown that is based on moral stimuli system contributing to company's superprofit.There is shown the use of social material stimulation of workers as an additional factor having a complex influence on the working eff...
