检测器灵敏度和进样量对凝胶渗透色谱测试结果的影响

摘    要:利用氮氧稳定自由基活性聚合所得的不同分子量分布的聚苯乙烯为样品,研究了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)示差折光检测器灵敏度和进样量变化对测试结果的影响.结果显示,随着检测器灵敏度和进样量的增加,样品的信号均逐渐增强.检测器灵敏度和进样量的变化对于宽分子量分布样品的影响要比对窄分子量分布样品的影响明显.根据结果分析,在测试过程中一般应选择灵敏度为16或32,20~50μL的进样量.

Abstract:Polystyrene with different molecular weight distributions,which were synthesized by nitroxide-mediated radical polymerization,were performed to investigate the effects of refractive index detector sensitivity and injection volume on gel permeation chromatography (GPC) results. The results showed that the GPC signals were increased with the increase of sensitivity and injection volume. The effects of sensitivity and injection volume were more pronounced on polymers with broad molecular weight distributions than on those with narrow molecular weight distributions. The conclusions could be drawn from the results that it was benefit to settle the sensitivity at 16 or 32 and injection volume could be chosen in the range of 20 -50μL.
