摘    要:分析了钢铁企业氧气发生、储存和使用的特点,建立了氧气系统动态数学模型,开发了调试简单的氧气仿真系统,并对一个联合钢铁企业氧气系统进行了实例计算·实例仿真计算结果表明:生产能力比平均使用量大得越多,PID调节越有效;工作压力、管网体积、炼钢用氧作业模式,对氧气放散率影响十分明显·最大工作压力提高04MPa,放散率减少53%;管网体积增加3750m3,放散率减少16%;1号转炉的作业曲线向前平移28h,放散率减少了20%·

Abstract:A dynamic model of oxygen supply and consumption system in iron and steel company was set up by the analysis of the oxygen production, deposit and usage. The simulation software of oxygen system was designed by a simple debugging method. An oxygen system of integrated iron and steel company was taken as example to calculate. The results show that the bigger the difference between capability and output is, the more effective the PID control is. The pipe net pressure, volume and converter oxygen operation programs affect the oxygen release ratio very much. The oxygen release ratio decreases by 5 3% with the pipe net pressure increasing by 0 4?MPa, decreases by 1 6% with the volume increasing by 3?750?m 3,and decreases by 2 0% with converter oxygen operation programme moving forward 2 8?h.
