| 摘 要： | 人才是最宝贵的资源,是经济发展和社会进步最重要的力量。邓小平同志的人才思想,是邓小平理论体系中一个重要的、有机的组成部分,其核心是尊重知识,尊重人才,其宗旨是为现代化建设服务,其目标是全面推进建设中国特色社会主义事业。邓小平就人才的重要性、人才的标准、人才的选用作了深刻的论述,学习研究邓小平同志的人才思想有着十分重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Talents are the most valuable resources,and they are the most important power in the development of economy and the advance of society.DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought of talents is an important and organic part of the theoretical system of DENG Xiao-ping.The focus of the thought is on the respect of knowledge and the respect of talent,its principle is serving the modernization and its aim is comprehensively promoting the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.DENG Xiao-ping profoundly elaborated on the importance of talents,the standards of talents and the selection of talents.Thus,it＇s of practical significance to study DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought of talents. |
