摘    要:研究了分层使用不同粒度的合金粉,并配合保温片新工艺对薄壁件表面合金化效果的影响。实验证明:铸渗层的结合质量和表面平整度明显的提高。

Abstract:This article has studied the effect of alloying on The surface of thin-section casting by using two kinds of new technology in which insulating slice is adopted and different sizes of alloy powder are used in different lagers.The experimental results showed that the metallurgical mass and surfacing level of the cast-infiltrate layer are remarkable higher than that of normal technology.
