| 摘 要： | 基础设施项目资产证券化与资本证券化是当今国际项目融资发展的新趋势,为了解决我国基础设施建设资金不足的现实问题,本文从基础设施证券化融资的特征着手,根据国外资产证券化运作的基本机制,结合实例对基础设施证券化进行了设计,最后提出推进基础设施证券化的难点与对策。

| Abstract: | Assets securitization of infrastructure projects is a new tendency in international project financing development. To solve the problem of insufficient fund, the design of securitized infrastructure projects is conducted based on the fundamental mechanism of asset securitization and operation abroad. Countermeasures for promotion of securitized infrastructure projects are also presented in the paper. |
