| 摘 要： | 利用空间重心转移计算和单一土地利用类型动态度计算方法分析计算南宁市城市用地扩张趋势与速率,结果为:1994-2005年间南宁市主要向东、南、西三龇向扩展,其中向东扩张最为明显.城市建成区面积不断扩张,2005年城市土地面积是1994年的2.25倍.1994-2001年城市扩张速率仅为7.71%,城市空间重心逐渐向东移动.而2001-2005年,城市扩张速率达到11.57%,城市空间重心转向东南方向.影响南宁市城市用地扩张的因素有经济增长、人口增加、政策推动以及交通发展的牵引.

| Abstract: | With the help of spatial center of gravity conversion model and single land use type dynamic model,urban land utilization spatial expansion process and its driving forces in the past have been analized and calculated The results show that Nanning urban land area in1994 was 73.5 km and the area in 2005 was 2.25times of that in 1994.The urban expansion speed was much faster from 2001 to 2005.With the deepening of the China-ASEAN Expo and open-up to the wolrd,economy development has been accelerated,influenced... |
