摘    要:分析临床上阴离子隙(anion gap,AG)异常结果,校对电解质测定误差,并为许多致命性疾病诊断提供重要线索,提高实验实的临床诊断水平,其方法以贝克曼CX7全自动化分析仪检测病人的AG,并结合临床资料进行分析。其电解质测定的误差可引起AG异常,获酸和失碱导致的酸中毒都可发生高AG情况,低AG情况临床上极少见。

Abstract:Our objectives were to Analyze clinic abnormal results of AG to correct the errors of serum electrolyte reult, to offer important messages for the diagnosis of some vital diseases, and to raise our laboratory diagnosis level in general. The serum AG was measured with Beckman CX7, and the result were analyzed lin connection with clinical information. The errors of the electrolyte result could cause the abnormity of AG, and acidosis caused by obtained acid and lost alkali could bring about the increase of AG, while reduced AG was rare clinically, so it was shown that to analyze the result of AG was an efficient and convenient way for quality control of electrolyte measurement.
