| 摘 要： | 在利润开拓越来越困难的情况下，对物流成本的控制日益成为企业关注的焦点，对企业来说，要实现现代化的物流管理，首先是全面，正确的把握包括企业内外发生的所有物流成本在内的企业整体物流成本，也就是说，要削减物流成本必须以企业整体为对象。
