浓酸水解蔗渣纤维质的动力学研究

摘    要:研究硫酸和磷酸水解蔗渣的动力学。考察了酸浓度、固液比、粒度、温度对水解速率和糖产率的影响,以及水解蔗渣的结构特征,如电镜扫描颗粒表面、X—衍射结晶和比表面积等的变化,并建立了水解的动力学模型。

Abstract:In this paper the hydrolytic kinetics of the sugarcane bagasse by concentrated sulfuric acid and the phosphoric acid is studied.The effects of acid concentration,solid liquid ratio,particle size and the temperature on the hydrolytic rate and saccharific rate are discussed.The paper also treats of the structural natures of the hydrolytic bagasse,including the crystallinity index,the specific surface area and the appearance of hydrolytic bagasse.And a hydrolytic kinetics model is suggested.
