论网络环境下图书馆员角色的转换与培养

网络化、信息化、数字化给图书馆带来了新的发展机遇和挑战，也对图书馆员提出了新的要求。在分析网络环境下图书馆工作新特点的基础上，指出当代图书馆员必须从6个方面实现角色的转换，以适应网络时代的要求，并提出了提高馆员整体素质的方法与途径。

Discussion on the Transition and Cultivation of the Librarian's Role under the Network Environment

The networking, informatization and digitalization bring about the new developing opportunity and challenge to the library, and also advances the new requirements for the librarians. Based on the analysis on the new features of library's work under the network environment, this paper points out that the librarians must realize the role transition from six aspects to meet the needs of the network times, and puts forward some methods and ways for improving the integral quality of the librarians.
