| Abstract: | The effective management and the rational development and utilization of web information resources are the problems in crying need of solving in the construction of digital library. This paper discusses the main steps and methods for organizing and controlling the web information in digital library, mainly including the following aspects of evaluating and collecting the web information resources, filtering and describing the web information resources, treating and storing the web information resources, and legalizing and guaranteeing the management of the information resources. |
