三维电磁模拟的积分方程方法

摘    要:基于电流倡极子的概念,推导了三维电磁模拟中积分方程解的核函数——电型张量Green函数,并给出了不同的Bassel-Forier展式推导电型张量Green函数,从而避免了Raiche使用的两次坐标变换,从计算机角度考虑,并把它转换成易于积分的形式,和wannamaker的Green函数相比,公式简洁而实用.另外,从Lorentz势出发推导了张型张量Green函数.笔者给出的函数形式GE(r,r′),和GH(r,r′),由于含Bessel的磁型张量Green函数元素与电型张量Green函数元素积分形式一致,因而对编程计算极为方便.

The Integral Equation Method of 3 D Electromagnetic Modeling
Abstract:Based on the concept of current dipoles,electric tensor Green′s function, the kernel function of the solution of integral equation in 3 D electromagnetic simulation, is derived. Deriving electric tensor Green's function from different Bessel Fourier expansion formulae avoids two times of coordinate transform used by Raiche. The electric tensor Green's function is transformed into the forms easily doing integral calculation. The form of electric tensor Green's function is simpler and more practical than Green's function of Wannamaker. Magnetic tensor Green's function is derived from Lorents potential. Since the integral form of the elements of the magnetic tensor Green's function derived from Bessel expansion formula are the same as that of the electric tensor Green's function ,the functions of GE(r,r)and  GH(r,r) in this paper are easily calculated by programing.
