美国钢铁工业的国际合作战略及其对我国钢铁工业发展的启示

本文着重考察了近１０年来美国老牌的钢铁联合企业跟外国（尤其是日本）的竞争对手携手建立合资企业的动因与效果。这种合作不仅使美国企业得以从合作伙伴那儿融入资金，而且使美国企业的技术水平和管理水平得以提高，同时还为美国钢铁工业的下游行业提供了高质量的钢铁产品。我国重返关贸总协定将给钢铁工业的发展带来新的机遇和挑战。借鉴国际合作战略经验，建立较大规模的生产高档次钢材的合资企业，不仅有利于我们迎接上述挑战，而且还可以推动我国整个钢铁工业加速发展。

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION STRATEGY OF AMERICAN IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT IN DEVELOPMENT OF CHINESE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

A survey is made in this article of the motives and effectS in establishment of joint adventures by some old American iron and steel complexes with their oponents abroad (especially thine in Japan). Such cooperation has made those American enterprises possible not only to absorb invested capital from their foreign partners but also to raise the standards of the technology and management of their own and to provide their ensuing trades with good quality steel products. Re-entry of our country into the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade will bring us opportunities and challenges as well. By the foreign experience of the international cooperation strategy,establishment of large scale joint adventures being capable of producing good quality steel will be favorable both to cope with the challenges and to promote the development of our own iron and steel industry.
