新疆学校竞技体育后备人才培养现状及发展对策

新疆学校竞技体育后备人才培养中存在着人才减少且分布不平衡、培养效率差且人才输送率低、市场缺乏且调节能力有限等问题，其症结根源于体制、资金、项目的普及和毕业出路等问题。体育后备人才培养的多元化、训练体系的科学化和管理形式的协会化将是新疆学校竞技体育后备人才培养的发展趋势。为加强学校竞技体育后备人才培养，在教育行政主管部门的指导下，并与新疆竞技体育的战略目标相一致，有计划的分布和推进培养的多元化，实现新疆竞技体育的可持续发展战略。

Xinjiang School Sports Talented Personnel Raising:Present Situation and Countermeasures

There are some problems in the Xinjiang school sports talented personnel raising, such as reduced numbers, unbalanced distribution, uneffective raising and unfit for the market. It is the tendency that Xinjiang school sports reserved talented personnel should be raised in various ways, and trained scientifically and systematically, and managed in association.
