| 摘 要： | 面对世界科技革命的加速发展形势，江泽民同志产生极其强烈的忧患意识。这种忧患意识具有多方面的内容，其实质是对党、国家和人民高度负责的一种体现。在新世纪之初，保持和发扬这种忧患意识对于我们进一步搞好科技工作具有重要意义。
