CaMoO4超细粒子的制备及发光性能

摘    要:采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备CaMoO4超细粒子,对样品进行X-射线衍射(XRD),粒度分析和荧光光谱测定.讨论煅烧温度,煅烧时间,柠檬酸和聚乙二醇的用量对样品颗粒大小的影响.XRD结果表明,在700℃时可得到CaMoO4纯相.粒度分析结果表明在煅烧温度,煅烧时间以及柠檬酸用量合适的情况下,随着分散剂聚乙二醇用量的适当增加,产物的粒径明显减小,约为160~190 nm.最后总结提出了柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备CaMoO4超细粒子的最佳合成工艺.以286 nm的近紫外光激发样品,CaMoO4超细粒子在492 nm附近发绿光.

Abstract:A novel approach for synthesis of CaMoO4 superfine powder with a precursor prepared by citric acid Sol-Gel method at relatively low temperature was presented.X-ray diffraction(XRD),particle size distribution and photoluminescence(PL) measurements were used to characterize the CaMoO4 superfine powder.The conditions of the syntheses and their effects on the particle size were compared.X-ray diffraction result confirmed the formation of CaMoO4.Particle size distribution showed the superfine powder of CaMoO4 has a diameter around 160~190 nm.This new method is very simple and has the advantages of small particle size and narrow particle size distribution.Upon excitation with 284 nm light,the CaMoO4 powder show bright green emission around 492 nm.
