| 摘 要： | 各级党组织要结合新形势下党员教育管理工作中出现的新情况、新问题 ,切实把党员教育管理工作摆上重要位置。坚持把党员教育管理工作着力点放在增强党员的党性观念上 ;抓住关键环节 ,改进工作方法 ,争取工作的主动权 ;立足长远 ,在基层党组织中建立一支素质高、能力强的党务工作骨干队伍。
