| 摘 要： | 本文以广东省委提出建立“珠江三角洲经济区”为背景,根据东莞市目前已有的条件,试图对我市经济发展作出一次新的定位,即“推进东莞市‘第二次工业革命’,建设高新技术产业区”,并描述了建成高新技术产业区的蓝图,提出了实现这一蓝图的措施。

| Abstract: | According to the government decision to establish an economic development zone in the Pearl River Delta Region and the present condition of Dongguan city, this paper tries to reorient the economic development of Dongguan city, Which is to advance the second industrial revolution and establish a new high-tech enterprise zone. It also Presents the blue print of this of this reorientation and the measures to carry it out. |
