| 摘 要： | 随着高科技的发展的社会化、政治化和经济化,其本身的不确定性的后果以放大的形式在社会范围内扩展,使人们生活在一种风险社会的情境之中。实际上,风险既是一种人们的自身行为与其后果之间的可能性因果联系,又是一种社会建构过程。为了应对高科技风险可能对社会产生的威胁,我们需要一种新的社会责任伦理。
