摘    要:对 0Cr18Mo2和 1Cr18Ni9Ti异种不锈钢采用手工电弧焊进行焊接 ,检验焊接质量 ,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析焊接区的显微组织 ,测试力学性能。结果表明 ,焊接工艺规范合理 ,焊缝质量良好 ,其强度和韧性均达到母材的水平

Abstract:The stainless steels of ferritic 0Cr18Mo2 and austenitic 1Cr18Ni9Ti were welded by use of SMAW. The welding qualities and mechanics were tested,and the microstructure and fracture morphology of the welding joint zone of the dissimilar stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope, SEM etc. The results showed that the welding conditions were proper and the tensile strength and tenacity of welding seam were equal to the base metal.
